Faithful Actions
Ecclesiastes 11:6 (NLT) Plant your seed in the morning and keep busy all afternoon, for you don’t know if profit will come from one activity or another—or maybe both.
Our having access to the full life that God has willed for us is based upon some actions on our part. Those actions start with faith. Do we believe in God and what He tells us in His Word? Do we believe in His promises? If so, then our faith reflects our confidence in God through our actions. We release ourselves completely unto Him! We have a passionate prayer life! We like and we love ourselves! Yes – we do these things with an understanding that God is with us, God is for us, and God loves us unconditionally! We have generous, caring, and giving hearts. We are discerning, and we make wise investments. We pursue life as God’s children on a mission, and in all things – we demonstrate that we have courageous trust in our Living God – Who is the head of our lives! Amen!
