Eyewitness

Malachi 3:18 (NLT) Then you will again see the difference between the righteous and the wicked, between those who serve God and those who do not.

There is no denying that there is a surplus of immoral human behavior in this world. We may be used to hearing and seeing it on the regular, but believers should never become conditioned to accepting it or conforming to it. We should not let our spirit get to a place of being desensitized to what is not of the nature of Jesus Christ. Our awareness of immoral behavior is a signal for us to walk steady in the righteousness of God. We are His body in the earth. He sends us out into this world so that He may reach and save lost souls. Sometimes it’s very difficult to deal with people’s behaviors at our job, at home, and at our place of worship. Yes, even believers tout unfavorable practices in the Name of our Lord. But by our being eyewitnesses to the truth of God’s Word and its power in our life, we know that nothing will get past God that needs to be dealt with, and our faithfulness unto Him is never in vain.
