Deliberate Trust

Psalm 31:1 (NLT) O Lord, I have come to you for protection; don’t let me be disgraced. Save me, for you do what is right.

Has anyone ever put you in a situation where you had to make a difficult choice – and either decision was going to cause you to hurt? It’s like that when an associate or someone close to you won’t do what’s right and you must decide if you’re going to let them tough it out on their own, or if you’re going to tough it out for them. What about what God expects of you? Let that be your primary concern because God cares about you in all things. If you wear your armor correctly, you’ll make the decision that is best for you and everyone else involved. Deliberate trust in God may cause you to have to make painful decisions, but the pain is for good growth! Deliberate trust in God won’t suffer you to pay for troubles that are not yours to bear. Deliberate trust adds to your testimony, and it also witnesses to those who need to decide to live life a better way.
