Try, and Try Again

Psalms 37:23-24 (CSB) A person’s steps are established by the Lord, and he takes pleasure un his way. Though he falls, he will not be overwhelmed, because the Lord supports him with his hand.

The right approach to take towards something that we have failed at is to start over and try again. Even before that, we should reflect on the steps we took and consider what caused our trouble. By doing so, it will make the difference in our attitude and our approach for the next attempt. This will also help us to take what we have learned from the previous experience of failure and use it to our advantage in acquiring success. Honestly, how many failures or mistakes have you made in just the past week? You may have spoken to someone harshly, or you didn’t follow through on your word. Maybe you didn’t complete an important assignment. Whatever the case may be – the size of it is not the point. The point is this: Failure is an extension to lessons of experiences that are worthy of the wisdom they can provide. You get to decide what you want to do with your failures. I suggest you try, and try again.
