Good Godly Trouble

Matthew 26:10-11 (MSG) When Jesus realized what was going on, he intervened. “Why are you giving this woman a hard time? She has just done something wonderfully significant for me.

A mistake that we Christians can make when going about our assignment for Christ is that we don’t carry it through to its completion. Why not? Because we let our thoughts about the opposition become bigger than what we know is true about our God. Why would we think that something God ordained through us can be stopped by mere man? Granted, our opposers come at us strong! But we do an immeasurable disservice to God, to the beneficiaries of our service, and to ourselves when we don’t trust that God is with us. God wants us to be the lead off to His grand entrance for those who think they have more power than Him! Yeah! When God brings His ‘Holy’, His opposers catch ‘hell’! Help me somebody! So, for you and for me - if our next Kingdom assignment has us shaking to our core, we dare not abort our mission. We’ll face the opposers and stir up some good Godly trouble that is the precursor for God to show up and set the record straight! Amen.
