Ask God For ‘It’
Matthew 6:6 (NIV) “But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.”
God hears our every prayer, and He answers them according to our faith in Him. I wonder sometimes if we – His children – really understand what our Father does for us when we heat up our prayer life with our faith? Revival provides us with more than just a period of spiritual upliftment. Revival opens up the portal of power we access with our direct, specific, and fervent prayers to our Living God – in Whom we know that all things are possible for those who believe in Him! Today, I encourage you to ask God for ‘it’. ‘It’ can be a prayer for God to stir up something within your personal health, in your family and home life, in your church life, at your job, in your health, in your community, in a foreign nation, in an economic matter, in government decisions, and on and on. Whatever you ‘it’ or your ‘its’ are, go boldly before God in prayer, and be specific in what you ask of Him. Be specific. Trust God’s Spirit to revive what you are believing in Him to do!
