Twisted Scriptures

Deuteronomy 4:2 (CSB) You must not add anything to what I command you or take anything away from it, so that you may keep the commands of the Lord your God I am giving you.

Sometimes we are at fault for treating God the way we treat each other. We say to each other, “I can show you better than I can tell you.” We do just that, and we have the audacity to back it up with twisted scriptures to justify ourselves. This is an abomination to our God. He is not to be played with; neither are His commands to be made lightly of. Eternal life in the Kingdom of God is real, and it’s soon coming. If we intend to claim our citizenship there, then we’d best give complete reverence to God, obey His commands as they are written, walk steadfast in His light, and – treat each other right.
