Where Is Our Victory?
1 John 5:4 (CSB) ...because everyone who has been born of God conquers the world. This is the victory that has conquered the world: our faith.
There it is – right in the scripture text. Our faith – this is where our victory is in this world, because Jesus has already overcome the world for us. That’s why He commands us to have faith in Him so that we may have victory. Faith is vitally important in a believer’s life! The devil is quite aware of the power we have through our faith in Jesus. Don’t make it easy for Satan to trip you up. Even in the peak of all of this worldly commotion that continues to intensify, our faith in Jesus will always give us victory. Jesus is our Living Victory!
