Up For the Challenge!
James 2:4 (CSB) Consider it a great joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you experience various trials, because you know that the testing of your faith produces endurance. And let endurance have its full effect, so that you may be mature and complete, lacking nothing.
The way I get through much of the challenges I face is by thinking about the primary purpose that I am alive. I know that God intentionally created me, and what He has in mind for me is already completed in Heaven. Therefore, I’m meant to live out His plans in the earth. This means I’ll have to face trials and tribulations, because the adversary wants to crush God’s spirit in me. Am I up to the challenge? There are times that I don’t feel like it, but I know that I am because I understand that challenges grow my patience and endurance – virtues I’ll need to use for each new challenge ahead. God is worthy of any challenge I face in my life. He is worthy of my all and all. Do you agree with me in regards to your life and your challenges? #AMEN to that!
