Thank You For Your Sacrifice (Veteran’s Day)
 
John 15:13 (NLT) “There is no greater love than to lay down one’s life for one’s friends...”
 
We say, “Thank you for your service” to the men and women who commit themselves to protecting civilian lives and communities from danger. What they give in service to a nation of people from all different walks of life comes at a price that only selfless souls can pay. Our veterans have experienced a version of life that civilians will never fully understand. Veterans have scars that leave them with the never-ending memory of what they gave in hope of making a better world, and they still desire to see the evidence of what they gave their service and their lives for. It might not exist just yet, but it’s coming! As sure as Jesus paid the full cost on the Cross for our salvation, the cost that our veterans have paid will prove to be a fruitful investment. While we wait with hope for that blessed time to prevail itself, we salute all veterans throughout the world. We ‘thank you for your sacrifice’, and we ‘thank our Mighty God for you!’
