It Takes All Of Us
2 Timothy 2:15 (NLT) Work hard so you can present yourself to God and receive his approval. Be a good worker, one who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly explains the word of truth.
This is how the Mount Zion family has gotten the work of the Lord done for 157 years. It does not get done by one individual or a select few. It takes all of us working together using the talents given to us by God to serve God and His people. This is how our Christian brothers and sisters before us served to get their Kingdom work done. This is what made the works of their strong shoulders remain sturdy for this present generation to stand on. All of us working together represent the body of Christ in its optimum health! This is how we are preparing the way for our future generations to carry on our legacy so that they will be ready at their appointed time. ‘Come young ones. You have much to learn, and we have much to share. Our time together is divinely appointed. Let’s walk together – side-by-side - so that in the future you will be equipped to lead others toward the Son’. We thank God for His faithfulness to the Mount Zion Church Family in Albany, GA!
