Empowerment
Luke 12:48b (NLT) …When someone has been given much, much will be required in return; and when someone has been entrusted with much, even more will be required.
We are empowered by the Spirit of God to help each other live a connected and thriving life. Empowerment is a spiritual ability that is perceived by the sense of action. The actions that we take by virtue of our spiritual empowerment serves to benefit not only our life but the lives of others. If you only have one slice of bread and you share it with three other people, that action is just as significant as that of a rich person who can buy a sack of groceries for a hungry family. Empowerment is not about showing who you are. It’s about being who you are as a Kingdom citizen. Much is required of you. Your empowerment will never dry up as long as you use it to be a blessing to others.
