Remember Who God Is
Deuteronomy 32:4 (NLT) He [God] is the Rock; his deeds are perfect. Everything he does is just and fair. He is a faithful God who does no wrong; how just and upright he is!
When troubles knock at your door or bad news rings your phone – answer the door and receive the call – and remember Who God is. Discouragement and hardships are a natural part of this life, but none are monsters that can destroy us as long as we depend on God. Our times of turmoil and tragedy are essential tools that God uses to deepen our faith in Him. Belief in God requires enduring faith. God uses setbacks and losses to build us up – not to break us down. Everything that God is involved in is certain to bring forth that which is good for us. If you’re in a place of dealing with the uncomfortable occurrences of life – be encouraged! Remember Who God is! Affirm your faith in Him, and be courageous enough to endure until He grows you kthrough to your victory!
