When Jesus Comes Fishing!
Matthew 13:47 (NLT) “Again, the Kingdom of Heaven is like a fishing net that was thrown into the water and caught fish of every kind…”
I want to be caught up in the Kingdom’s fishing net when Jesus comes fishing! If there’s any sorting to be done, I surely don’t want to be thrown back to this earth! So, I’m going to treat everybody right and do all that I can to love God and His people with my time, talents, and treasures. What about you? Can you imagine yourself mistreating someone without giving it another thought, only to find yourself side-by-side with that person in Jesus’ fishing net? How devastating it would be for Jesus to toss you out of the net because you failed to treat your fellow brother or sister with Godly love! Let everything you do be done in an act of love – even if it hurts! Set you sights on being ‘caught up’ and not ‘thrown back’ when Jesus comes fishing!
