The Well You Drink From
John 4:14 (NLT) “But those who drink the water I give will never be thirsty again. It becomes a fresh, bubbling spring within them, giving them eternal life.”
The world teases the thirst of our needs by constantly pumping its pop-up distractions to entice us to take a drink. Do this or that; have this or that…and on the pumping goes. No sooner than we sip and swallow, our thirst increases because the water from those wells didn’t have what could meet our needs. But God has one well that offers living water. One well is all He needs. Yes, God’s well water is full of life! No teasing – only truth! It has a power in it that can satisfy all of our needs and give us purpose and joy. Most of all, when we drink God’s Living water, we don’t ever have to thirst anymore. If you have a thirst in your life that you haven’t been able to quench, you may need to check and see if you are drinking from the right well.
