Diverse And Not Divided

“When we’re talking about diversity, it’s not a box to check. It is a reality that should be deeply felt and held and valued by all of us.” Ava DuVerney (1972-present) American filmmaker

In our fight against racism and other -cisms, we squash the foolishness of it when we rise every day and live life together in the diverse complexities and intricacies of the beautiful human beings we are. In the image of our Father, we are distinguished, blended, of excellence and genius. Rich culture. Strong tribes. Vibrant and festive fellowship. Bold and reverent faith. Divine purpose. Deep-rooted history. Innovative and inclusive presence. Legacy-filled future. The -cisms project themselves on us to distract us from believing in the truth that they will not ever have the power or the authority to overcome our culture that is diverse and not divided. This is so in the matchless authority of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! 1 Corinthians 1:10 (NIV) I appeal to you, brothers and sisters, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that all of you agree with one another in what you say and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be perfectly united in mind and thought.
