Holiday Fun!
1Corinthians 10:31 (NLT) So whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.
All work and no play makes all of us a boring bunch of people! No lie! Who wants to miss out on all the fun things there are to do during Christmas? I sure don’t, and it’s not likely that I will – thanks to these precious grandchildren of mine! Everything that we do in the spirit of goodness and love brings Glory to God. Work has its place, but it also has to be paused for the sake of having some wholesome fun. So – to all workaholics – consider yourselves officially put on notice. If you call me, text me, inbox me, skype or facetime me – and it appears that I am either ignoring or not accepting your calls – you will be absolutely correct! My family and I will be occupied with our uninterrupted holiday fun while the Lord takes delight in His Glory! It is our heart’s desire that you will do the same – all for the Glory of God!
