Chosen Behavior
Hebrews 10:26 (NLT) Dear friends, if we deliberately continue sinning after we have received knowledge of the truth, there is no longer any sacrifice that will cover these sins.
The challenges we go through in a week’s time make it quite a stretch for the Christian walk from
Monday to Saturday. Despite what tests we had to face - come Sunday morning – our gathering in
church is about our offerings of praise to God for the glory and honor He is due. His glory and honor are what our chosen behavior should demonstrate. We know what the scriptures teach us regarding the way we are to behave, and we choose our behavior in every instance. People nor circumstances have the ability to make that choice for us. It’s our choice, and the greatness of the Holy Spirit within us is our Helper. Today is Monday. Between now and the end of the week, focus on what you want your offering to be like for God come Sunday morning. Let it be an offering that reflects your chosen behavior for the Lord!
