Uncomplicated
1 Corinthians 2:4-5 (NLT) And my message and my preaching were very plain. Rather than using clever and persuasive speeches, I relied on the power of the Holy Spirit. I did this so you would not trust in human wisdom but in the power of God.

The Holy scriptures are complete in everything they say, everything they mean, and everything we’re meant to know about God and His Kingdom. It is not permissible for us to add or delete anything from the Word of God. It is what it is – in fullness and perfection – uncomplicated. We arrive at the understanding of the scriptures by diving deep into it, marinating in it, studying it, storing it in our heart, and trusting in it. Guessing and assuming God’s thoughts from our intellect complicates matters and makes us liars, because man’s words are faulty and complicate things. God’s Word is the forever truth. Believe in what the scriptures say – Word for Word – and don’t deviate from it. God wants us to know Him and to grow in Him. God is not hard…He’s uncomplicated.
