Willing To Do Better
2 Corinthians 9:8 (ESV) And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that having all sufficiency in all things at all times, you may abound in every good work.
God’s grace is sufficient to help us do what we have to get done. However, as God ‘is able’ to give us grace, He does not ‘enable’ us with grace. There is much we are capable of doing with the abilities He has already given to us. If you’re not careful, some religious beliefs can make you out for a con artist, and we should know that we can’t con our Creator! God’s grace gives us chance after chance to get our actions right. When we get to the end of ourselves and are ready and willing to do better – God can show us just how sufficient His grace is for what we are incapable of doing. Are you ready to do better right now? You are all you are waiting on to get started!
