Who Sent You?
Judges 6:14 (NIV) The Lord turned to him and said, “Go in the strength you have and save Israel out of Midian’s hand. Am I not sending you?”

God impresses upon you assignments to do either for someone else or for yourself. Initially, you may ambitiously look forward to making it happen – that is – until you begin to think about the details of getting it done. You start to magnify your inabilities and resources. How quickly your willingness can begin to wane. You are at risk of disobeying God. You know why? It’s because your focus isn’t on the Sender! When God tells us to ‘go’ and ‘do’, Who He is and what He says is all we need to think about. God expects us to trust Him and go in faith to whatever He tasks us to do. Are you at a standstill about something God told you to do? Consider Who sent you…and go!
