Team Players
Proverbs 18:13 (ESV) Spouting off before listening to the facts is both shameful and foolish.

Working together on a mutual project makes everyone who is involved an accountable team player. This comes with the understanding that you and I connectively need and depend on each other to accomplish our goal. So often we see folded teams and unmet ambitions because during the process of doing our parts – lanes get crossed and communications are not transmitted in a healthy way. That’s because members of the team make the project about themselves rather than about the team’s goal. There is a purpose for everyone on any team – be it sports, business, construction, husband and wife, church body, etc. The way for the team to solidly unify as one working vessel in the process of its mission is to listen to each other and keep the ‘main thing’ about the ‘main thing’. Shame and foolishness are not the results of true team players. Bring the best of who you are in Christ to the table, and you’ll be an irreplaceable asset on any team!
