When Life Deals You A Tough Hand

(James 1:2-4 NLT) Dear brothers and sisters, when troubles of any kind come your way, consider it an opportunity for great joy. For you know that when your faith is tested, your endurance has a chance to grow. So let it grow, for when your endurance is fully developed, you will be perfect and complete, needing nothing.
This is a tried-and-true promise of God that I can attest to: No matter how difficult your circumstances may be, no matter how long they seem to continue, and no matter how hard you try to turn things around only to have them get worse – GOD WILL give you beauty for ashes before it is all over. Yes, He will! During the course of reaching your breakthrough, position yourself to reap the benefits of the transformational lessons harvested in your circumstances. That is, maintain an attitude of victory! When life deals you a tough hand, help yourself out by telling your challenges about Who your Father is and who He says you are! Remember this: As long as your perspective about your circumstances agrees with God’s perspective about your circumstances, you will always end up with the winning hand!
