Difficult Decisions
(Isaiah 40:29 NIV) He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak.

What do you think about yourself after you have made a difficult decision? Do you feel like you are not the best person you’d like to be? Do you think how much God loves and approves of you is based on the decision you had to make? Many of us will be making a tough decision this very day – and if not today – sometime in the near future. Some of us made some tough decisions a while back, and we’re still questioning ourselves as to whether we made the best decision…and how does God feel about us? I want  you to know that God’s eternal love and concern for you will never change no matter what difficult decisions you make. When you face difficulties, don’t approach them in the flesh and leave God outside. He cares enough to actually help you make tough decisions. Do the best you can in unity with God, and accept the fact that you will have to make decisions that won’t feel good. What you feel is a part of human nature; it is not a sign that God loves you less or that He is disappointed in you. It goes with the territory. But God’s love and concern for you will forever be the same – abundant and overflowing – no matter what.
