The Bible Says…
(2 Timothy 3:16-17 NIV) All scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.
A treasury of answers to the questions about life are best found by reading, studying, interpreting, discussing, applying, and sharing the Word of God. On your own and in the company of fellow believers, these disciplines make the mind and spirit more fertile to gleaning a deep and meaningful understanding of what God says about your personal life and your life as part of His church body. Scripture is not meant for empty ‘catch-phrase’ instances. Scripture provides the wisdom and knowledge we need to navigate through the complexities of life and to develop our character as Godly servants. Life is found in what the Bible says!
Father, help us to be disciplined students in the study and application of Your Holy Word. Amen.
