Too Close To See
(Romans 8:28) And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.

Watch how a creative artist paints by splashing hues of color onto a blank canvas. She makes what appears to be a disruptive mess. That is – until she turns the canvas upside down – revealing the breathtaking portrait of an individual or of a scenic view. This is a great demonstration of how our lives are pieced together, both individually and collectively. Every aspect of life has a reason for its occurrence, and we can sometimes get stuck in the scheme of things. This is because we are too close to see that everything that happens isn’t meant to make sense or to be figured out right in the moment. However, we can entrust everything that goes on with us into God’s care, because He has it all planned out. In time – what seems upside down will make sense when it has all come together to complete what it is purposed for. Are you too close to a matter in your life, and you can’t see how anything good can come of it? Take your eyes off of it, and look to God. HE IS the One Who has a good plan already in place for everything that concerns you. And, by the way…He’s quite the Artist!
