Where The Light Shines
"Fear of something is at the root of hate for others, and hate within will eventually destroy the hater."

George Washington Carver (American Agricultural Scientist, Inventor) 1860s -1943

(John 1:5) The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness can never extinguish it.
Can light be found within the hearts of people who have no concern, compassion, or empathy for humanity - regardless of its many differences? If there is a light there, is it dim because it shines only on what benefits self? Such souls are disconnected from the nature of God. It takes the Light of Jesus to shine in those recesses and expose the callous darkness that exists. Does humanity recognize where the Light of Christ is shining? If we look beyond the person in the mirror and consider that there are at least 7.8 billion people living in the earth - there and everywhere - is where you must believe the Light of Christ is shining. We all belong to the Light, but not everyone has accepted Him. Can the people who approach you tell whether or not the Light is shining within you? Wherever the Light shines, there you will also find love.
