Channeling Anger
(Ephesians 4:26) "In your anger, do not sin": Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry, and do not give the devil a foothold.

Every emotion we have is purposeful and good because God created them. How we channel our emotions, however, can deem them as good or bad in that particular moment. Anger is most often considered a bad emotion. But do you know that the same can be said of 'love' if it is taken too far to an extreme? Like so - anger that is marinated over a period of time, evoked at the sight of what triggers it, or is projected towards others - can become a dangerous and sometimes lethal emotion. However, well-managed anger is kept under control and channeled out in a way that is productive. Executed properly, anger can be expressed without leaving harsh and residual repercussions. Don't guilt trip yourself about getting angry. It is a natural emotion that serves its purpose. Just make sure you channel it out in a positive way so it doesn't cause spiritual harm to other people and it doesn't imbed itself in you and become a toxic poison in your spirit.
