Trust
(Matthew 6:31-32) "So do not worry, saying, 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink?' or 'What shall we wear?' For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them."

We are taught throughout scriptures to put all of our concerns in the care of the Lord. We are not to expend our spiritual energy in worry about anything. Yet, we do. Worry is a sign of our lack of trust in God. Just as we trust God with the minor matters in our lives that we have some control over, we can trust Him entirely with the things we don't have control over and the matters that we don't even know about. Quite frankly, we don't have a choice but to trust Him, because we can't handle anything without Him! People who walk in complete trust with God look so crazy sometimes! It's like they're in an invisible shield of protection, unaware of the troubles going on around them. And that's exactly right! People who trust in God are shielded by their trust in the One Who can take care of them while they continue living a life of faith-filled energy. Are you willing to look crazy and live in peace during trying times? Trust...trust God.
