Tell the Truth
No one who practices deceit will dwell in My house; no one who speaks falsely will stand in My Presence.  --- Psalm 101:7

Deceitful people don't seem to have a guilty nerve or a nagging conscious in them. The singe of deceit aches a long time after the scab has formed and fallen off. What does untruthfulness benefit anyone? Deceit forms a noose that hangs around the neck of the person who walks in the leadership of himself and not the leadership of God. It is a superficial character flaw that hinders what our destiny holds for us in the supernatural. The best way for us to end our deceptive behavior it to tell God the truth and depend on Him to deliver us from ourselves. We won't  make it on our own. Operating in deception says to God that we don’t need what He has to offer us under His authority. This might seem to work out for us for a moment - sure...but what about further down life's road? Who we hold ourselves accountable to is a matter of choosing either eternal life or eternal death. God will provide the grace we need for our deliverance if we submit ourselves to Him with transparent truth. However,  we will hang ourselves if we remain trapped in wicked webs of deceit. Are you willing to tell God the truth or take your own dare?
