The Greatest Life Story
Finally, all of you, be like-minded, be sympathetic, love one another, be compassionate and humble. 1Peter 3:8
Many celebrities write and share the experiences of their lives with the world. People who admired them throughout their careers cherish the ownership of a published biography. As they are engulfed in their reading, they experience the emotions of the writer as though they had actually been there with them in that time! The empathy they have for fellow human beings is a complement. It is symbolic of appreciation for their journey and for sharing it with the world. We should respond to the biography of Jesus Christ with an even more profound sense of empathy! Filled with detailed descriptions, locations, people, parables, miracles, action, drama, suspense, and ultimate victory – the Holy Bible shares the personal account of Jesus when He was in the world. As a bonus, it gives us the history of life from the beginning of the existence of time, and a glimpse of what will occur when Jesus returns to claim those who have died and yet live as believes in Him! The words of the Bible are meant for us to feed on like bread from Heaven so they can become a part of us…because they are.
